Spiva Cooking was founded by the Spiva Family (Sam and Heather) when 2020 threw one of its many curveballs their way. With an extensive culinary background, they combine carefully-sourced, freshly ground spices into delicious, creative blends. They're located a stone's throw away from us in nearby Bremerton, WA.Â
This togarashi is beautiful with fish of all kinds and on rice!Â
Ingredients: Aleppo Pepper, Chili Powder, Dried Orange Peel, Sichuan Peppercorns, Ground Ginger, Shiitake Mushrooms, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Garlic Powder, Dried Seaweed.
